Cruises depart from and return to Gibsons Landing Harbour which is an ideal departure point for sailing southwest to the Gulf Islands, favoured for beginning sailors with its sheltered channels, protected anchorages and numerous marinas. For a more adventurous experience sailors might sail northwest along the Sunshine Coast to Pender Harbour, Nelson Island and Jervis Inlet, leading to the Malibu Rapids and Princess Louisa Inlet
Gibsons is located on the British Columbia mainland, just 20km Northwest of Vancouver, and is easily reached by car or bus and a large comfortable ferry
which runs from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale approximately every two hours. For ferry schedules please visit www.bcferries.com There is a coach service from Vancouver International Airport YVR Alternatively the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal can also be reached by an excellent public transit service
